It happened to me as well. I had a Labor stuck in Dallas and I continued doing a Schedule A application. I did a premium processing and mentioned that I had an approved labor from 2004 (that got approved during my Schedule A processing in 2006). The USCIS sent me an I-140 approval with the old 2004 PD.
Then I kept waiting. My lawyer was suspicious from the beginning. And yes, unfortunately the lawyer was right.
In 2008 after having seen no movement I got in touch with the Ombudsperson's office and requested review. The final result? They said it was a mistake on the part of USCIS and reset the the I-140 place to the correct PD - in my case August 2006.
And now because of the labor rule, so I lost the August 2004 PD as no I-140 was filed within 180 days of approval... The Schedule A I-140 just used the older PD...and later rescinded...
So I have no go...
But thankfully, at least I have a 2006 I-140.
In the meanwhile I've lost my job as well.
If anyone knows an editing job please get in touch!

you are not getting my point. im trying to see if this MBA will help with STEM/SKIL and get me a GC. that is all im interested in.
will it help me or not is the Q ..
I doubt it, first and foremost it needs to be accredited and any accredited university has a long list of requirements. However education helps in the long run for sure, but purely for GC I dont think so. I base my answer, because the bill neither passed nor has been voted on, the perfect requirements on being Skilled can be modified and so on. you be the judge

Hi,
I have Visa stamped in my passport till 2010 , my passport expires in July 2008 , so i was given I 94 till july 2008 when i last entered USA. I have renewed my passport . How do i change the dates in I 94 . I tried Def. Inspection sites in San francisco they say it cannot be done there . Can i travel to mexico and come back the same day and get a new I 94 .

Is Statistics included in "Mathematics"? It is clear that Engineering, Technology and Science cover a lot of majors.

My check that was sent in end of july got cashed on wednesday.. so hang in there. Core team members check the mail once a month or so for all checks.

Yes. If the company financials are problem, you may have the same problem with EB3. I suggest, get paid consultation from some reputed lawyers.
Refile as what lawyer says, get new H1. That will give you some breathing room. If you see that current financial problem may jeopardize the new GC process as well, then you should switch over.
I assume this lawyer is hired by the company. So he will never advise you to make a move. It is you who have to look at all the options and see if it makes sense.

I have just joined this forum and collected my D70 last night. Used for the first time tonight took about 200 photo's with my SB-80DX flash.
I had to use camera on A or S priority with flash set on Auto. Quite a backward step after TTL metering with the F100.
The only Nikon flashes which provide full interaction with the D70 are the SB-800 & SB-600. Only these provide auto zoom head function, ISO from camera and TTL metering.
