Kodak, just admit that you royally screwed up and missed the boat when the world went digital, don't try to suck money from the winners by suing them. Why not get the money from customers instead by making products that people actually want to buy.
They have every right to sue if Apple violated their patent. They invented the technology and decided to protect it, period.
You'd be royally pissed if Microsoft came out with the mPhone which looked and felt exactly like an iPhone...parents exist for a very good reason.

robbieduncan is right-on with his explanation, you're making incorrect claims: focal lengths are independent of the size of the sensor, a 50 mm lens will be a 50 mm lens on a medium format body, a full frame analog body or an APS-C-sized dslr. What changes is the field of view, which is an angle. It is this angle which is different on the above-mentioned cameras. The reason why people write something to the effect `a 50 mm lens on a crop body is equivalent to 75~80 mm lens on a full frame body' is that we've gotten used to associating focal lengths on 35 mm bodies to FOVs. Sort of like Americans got used to measuring distances in miles rather than kilometers.

What I have claimed is that the EFFECTIVE (perceived) focal length is different, when angle is taken into effect (the size of the sensor in relation to the size of the rear element).

Your last 2 sentences actually prove my point for me. Everything in today's photography arsenal (at least in DSLR) is based on the old film standard of 35mm image recording space (or sensor size). Maybe we should also tell women that in the name of personal responsibility, they need to learn how to detect cervical cancer their own damn self. Maybe we should also tell a guy with Chlamydia that he should buy a chemistry set and invent his own damn cure.
Other organizations do that stuff also. The majority of Planned Parenthood's business is abortions.

it doesn't really make business sense for them to wait longer to do the iPhone 5, so many customers expect it around June and they save up and sell their old phone, also 12 month iPhone4 contracts and 24month 3Gs contracts expire in June!
Apple knows what it's doing, no other company has ever had people so eager to give them their money for something they know nothing about yet.
if there's no new iPhone, all these potential expectant customers might just buy an android.

still not getting nothing lol my ps3 on the other hand seems to have stepped up a gear, i was on 13 completed WU's yesterday and it's jumped to 20 today :O seems weird lol my ps3 not having any trouble getting the units lol

i've restarted the program now about 10 times, rebooted my computer once, and my router, but still nothing lol
*edit* finally, i turned on ' no preferences ' and it found something lol it dont look big WU, so should be rolling :D

A gas tax is the way to go for most of the country, but I do believe that in some urban areas, a mileage tax may work. London's congestion charge was effective in reducing gridlock there.
Insurance rates based on mileage driven are also gaining traction.
One thing is for sure, the highway lobby is spending way more money than is available from gas taxes. It's time to rein them in. Most importantly, it's time to stop allowing housing developments to spring up without transit links.

You're talking about a whole country. As it is right now there are more iPhones in NYC than anywhere else. In order for this to be true it would mean tens of thousands of NYers, at least, are having their personal info stolen. Also, why only the iPhone? Wouldn't these thieves with all their stolen info just move onto another AT&T phone that costs just as much? Such as BB? Why hasn't any other telco stopped onlines sales of any of their high priced phones in NYC? Surely these thieves wouldn't just buy one phone.

I really don't think it's an iPad. Given how it appears to be a bright and sunny day and how much light can be seen reflecting off of most other surfaces, the "iPad's" surface seems too matte.
