When you already hold an H1 and it comes time to renew it/ file for extension/ 7th year etc, or if you want to switch jobs, you don't have to worry about the H1 quota. You can file at any time of the year, regardless of H1 availability.
Your new H1 will be exempted from the quota, hence called "non-cap".

By writing about H1b (rather myself) I think I just got carried away with my emotions...but I did not edit it...atleast my emotions are better then their myths...

Please get your facts right before quoting something out for public to read an interpret.
Any misinformation regrading already sensitive issues in totally inappropriate and unjustified.
Lawful non-immigrants are already facing lots of misrepresentation, you and people who may believe in your news should understand that any H1B is not a threat...infact any competition is not a threat.
If knowledge was a threat then mankind would not have evolved to this stage today.
Hope that you will agree by my thoughts and in case of any concerns, revert your questions to my email.

We should empahsise how the amnesty offer can set precedence for future influx of people and how US would end up as Latino country, if immigration is not controlled. This can be a sure catalyst for SJ Mercury times as they are trying to find ammunition to counter the Illegal protests

IV has many external detractors and the more IV gains exposure in the media, more enemies will continue to emerge. Listen to this. A week after our company filed our 485 (after my conventional labor got approved first week of August) and quite a few of my colleagues were in the same boat, they mysteriously changed our lawyers - apparently none of us had even receipts by then. The old lawyers were not ready to talk to us as they transferred our files to the new firm, and none of us had an idea what to do. On top of that, our HR rep did not provide us with any contact info of the new Law Firm and insisted every communication go through her (and when she forwards their replies to us after taking her own sweet time, very meticulously she removes all contact info from the emails).

Yes. Chem2 is right. Your salary should be matching with your H1B LCA. GC LCA salary is supposed to be for future job. I also have the same issue and I confirmed it with my lawyer and Others too. Is your I-140 approved ?

ok i just read most of that and this caught my eye,

what does this mean? does that mean my computer needs to be down-graded to DirectX 7?
Or of what i was thinking, that SDL can only "wrap" its self around DirectX 7, and if you wanted to use a higher DirectX you dont have SDL to help?

How to get a notarized experience letter?

Hi,
I filed my I-140 and 485 concurrently using substitue labor by June'07. Still my I-140 is pending. Recently again I filed my Labor with the same company(No change in the compary ). it got approved last week. I am going to apply for new I-140. Can I port the previous PD?
