Well a centralized system for this kind of thing has never really existed, but should you create one, I can guarantee it would be put into CONSIDERABLE use.
For example, my motherboard is based on the nVidia Nforce2 Chipset. I just happened to stumbled onto the nforcershq.com website. A few days on the board, and my problems are solved. The board also attached "FAQ's" and general advice that they pinned at the top for newbies to read. I can definitely say that forums will always be more useful than tech support.

I know I installed it correctly from the CD. I don't know if I should install updates bec my Macbook OS is 10.6.4.
It's getting frustrating because there are documents/photos that I need to scan. When I run the HP Scan software, turn the scanner on and put a picture and press SCAN on the dialogue box, it just says PREPARING TO SCAN and it goes on and on and on and never shows my image/document.
I already tried uninstalling and re-installing the software but still get the same result. Why is it always saying PREPARING TO SCAN and does not communicate with my device? Please help me :-) Thank you!

Seems like it's just invisible updates (ie. behind the scenes bugfixes). I don't see any new features.
Think happy thoughts 1.05 GB of bug fixes :D

No way it will bubble your screen protector....it is a very soft silicone piece.
That said I put it on once and stuck it back in the box. It's like the really soft inside portion of the Commuter without the hard outside to hold it all together. Way to soft of a material in my book. The sides are too "floppy".
Mine is heading back to Radio Shack. I don't believe I endured the "slippery" sales person at Radio Shack just to buy a case and then have to go back and return it.

Question for the masses...
I am not doing any photo editing, but I going to be running GNS3 which is networking simulation program used to simulate Cisco and Juniper networking devices and it is very CPU intensive.
I am currently running it on a 13'' MBP 2.4 ghz C2D and it runs at 75-85% cpu.
If I maxed out the MBA , do you think that it could handle it or am I just wasting my time and money and I should just get the 15'' quadcore as planned?
Thanks in advance!

600+ views and no replies. If this is all a work of my imagination, I might need to go patent it now as it's a good idea. If not however, has anyone remembered by chance?

The coverage has improved the past few years, 5 plus hours of mostly commercial free coverage. Plus Masters.com showing morning to sunset.
Yea, Masters.com was excellent today. Freddie's group was one of the featured ones, so they showed the whole thing today. That was great. I love seeing him in contention.

I got my iPod Touch 3g from some lucky draw. Now the earphone has some problems like the volume control not working, the mic has problems and etc.
If it is still under AppleCare (1 year warranty or extended) and you live near an Apple retail store, drop in. The headset is covered under the warranty and they will replace it free of charge.

Keep it and use it for vintage computing (see how much modern stuff those old 68K machines are capable of... sometimes its scary how much of what I do on my Mac Pro I could just as easily do on a Quadra 900)

Hey y'all, I was just on Whatsapp, and my friend sent me an image. Once I downloaded and viewed it, i noticed a button labelled "Show All" at the top, which i hadn't noticed before. So just out of curiosity i tapped it and to my surprise it showed all the images that were exchanged between the contact and I over the course of me having my phone (even though restoring it a few times), even the images that i deleted off my phone, and deleted off Whatsapp (using the edit button, where you can delete a specific message). Now to be quite honest with you guys, I could get in trouble for some of those images if anyone were to grab hold of my phone and go through it....eek!! :o
So I was wondering if you knew this, and you know how to delete those images off the "Show all"... really need your help here, one Mac enthusiast to other Mac enthusiasts - please?

Ok so at this point I just decided to take the rubber part off entirely. I have a m-cover on my Macbook so the metal bottom isn't directly touching the surface, and the m-cover comes with little feet so I have traction and the back end of the bottom is elevated. I'm hoping that this helps with heat issues.

DFU Video this one saved my butt when I was a newbie! (http://www.youtube.com/watch?annotation_id=annotation_619907&feature=iv&v=yjPFzqf78Jk)
Iclarifieds DFU video (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nN3twIBawy8)
one of these should get umm unbricked.. btw term bricked is used when a iphone is 100% useless. usually only a hardware issue causes it in at least 99.99% of the cases

With football, it is out of baseball season and have time to resod the field. Concerts and boxing matches like this one, they don't have the time.So are they going to resod the field every year now?
