No Pills Or Noose In Alleged Amber Portwood Suicide Attempt

The truth has come out and there was no evidence of a noose or pills at Amber Portwood's house when she was taken to the hospital. She merely threatened to take her life and had not attempted to do so.

RumorFix has the word from the police department- Mitch Carroll of the Anderson Police Department tells us "there were no visible signs of injury" around Amber's neck. He also said, "There was nothing to indicate that she had taken pills at the scene."

The 21-year-old reality star was found unconscious on this morning in her home in Anderson, Indiana with a rope around her neck, according to Star Magazine.

The mother-of one was taken by ambulance to St Johns Hospital where she reportedly told medical staff she has consumed a cocktail of drugs.

Amber was found by the mother of her on-off boyfriend, Gary Shirley, after he spoke to Amber on the phone and became concerned

Custody was awarded to baby daddy Gary Shirley instead -- after an Indiana judge decided he was a more suitable parent ... at least for the time being.
