Jim Moats, the pastor at Christian Bible Fellowship Church in Newville, Penn. gave statements to a local newspaper that mirrored the 1992 Steven Seagal SEAL-themed blockbuster, "Under Siege."
Several real former Navy Seals contacted the paper doubting his story and speculated that he had lifted some information from the movie after the Pastor claimed he was subjected to waterboarding and had dish washing duty for his bad attitude.
